  1. In observance of Memorial Day, UBS Financial Services Inc. (UBS) and the New York and NASDAQ Stock Exchanges will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024. The UBS One Source website will continue to be available throughout the entire observance. UBS Service Center representatives will be available on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
  2. Important Note: FINRA, one of the U.S. broker dealer regulators, is enacting a new rule that requires all transactions in a brokerage account be reported to FINRA CAT with a unique identifier. That identifier must be a government issued number (FTIN, Driver s License Number, Passport Number, Other Government-issued ID). The compliance date for this regulation is May 31, 2024. If you are outside the United States and unable to supply your identifier upon website login once the functionality is enabled (which will be prior to May 31, 2024), you may contact the UBS Service Center for any account assistance, access to account documentation and for any CAT related questions.

  2. Your initial Username is now your Axalta Enterprise ID. You can locate your Enterprise ID in Outlook by clicking on the Address Book; searching your name and opening your record and navigating to the Phone/Notes tab. Your EID is listed in the Notes section. Please be aware you may have to scroll to the bottom of the dialogue box to view the ID. Upon entering this for the first time, you will be asked to create a new custom user name to be used for all future website visits. If you are unable to loginto the system, please contact totalrewards@axalta.com and they will assist you.
